Here are a few of the motion graphic/editing projects I’ve completed. They vary in style to suit the client.
My Typical Involvement (Prior to AI!)
As a “one man band” with partners as needed, here is what my typical involvement is for motion graphic projects:
- Getting the script finalized
- Finding and/or creating music
- Recording voice overs
- Finding or creating photos and other images
- Gathering videos
- Editing and correcting videos
- Creating titles
Chagrin Valley History Center 75th Gala Video
The Chagrin History Center, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio commissioned this piece to celebrate their 75th – diamond – anniversary. Summer, 2024. The History Center has a ton of great images to work with! The voice you hear is none other than local historian John Bourisseau. The music track is called “Sedative” by lesfreemusic.
The opening and closing of the book – my own very old dictionary – was created without AI, 3D or really any special effects! Just by aligning carefully and scaling the images.
Valir Health Care Promotional Video
Valir Health commissioned this video to highlight their caregiver services. Most of the footage was owned by Valir…but was not available in it’s raw form. It had already been edited into spots. Management hired me to re-create another set of videos more suited to their needs. Careful editing and the addition of footage from Pexels saved the day.
Logo animation, voice over, titling and music all were custom built.
